The compare and contrast essays have to be in constant method. At the beginning the introduction must define two subjects by comparing the similarity and contrasting the difference. Then you must write the similarities between the two subjects by supporting sentences. Next paragraph you must write the differences in the same way of similarities. In conclusion you must write your opinion and reason for your opinion.

Reflection 4
Reflection 3
In process essays we used present passive which means is and are with past participle, e.g . oranges are graded. And the essay structure is the same to procedure. It has introduction, main paragraph, conclusion: 25+100+25=150 words. And we used the linking words, the same as procedure: first, secondly, next, after that, finally.
The UAE & Brunei
As we all know there are a lot of the rich countries in this world but today I’m going to write about the differences and similarities between the UAE and Brunei .
There are four major similarities between UAE and Brunei. The first similarity is Islam. Both counties have the same religion which is Islam so for example they have mosques. The second similarity is the airline; both countries have their own nationality airline which motivates the country. Another similarity is the oil and gas; both of them depend on gas and oil these things made these two countries rich.
Although there are some similarities between UAE and Brunei, there are also some differences between them. The first difference is geographic location. UAE is located in the Middle East but Brunei is located in the Far East. The second difference is the climate. UAE has summer and winter but Brunei has on seasons. Another difference is the building style; in Brunei the buildings are built on pillars but in UAE all buildings are from concrete. The differences is the steering in the cars In UAE the steering is on the left but in Brunei on the right which makes the road using different .
In conclusion both countries are rich and nice to live in, because they are modern and mostly have the same things.

Olives
Most people in the world are interested in eating olives and making their food with olive oil so manufacturing olive oil is a long and difficult process but if you follow these steps carefully you’ll produce good quality oil.
Ther first step is the olives are harvested and picked by hand or if it’s too far with sticks. Then the olives are collected in nets beneath the trees. Secondly leaves and small stones are removed but before crushing the olives are washed to remove impurities. After this the olives are crushed by using granite stones and this is done within 24-36 hours of picking. Next, the paste obtained is layered on mats and it is put under pressure from a screw or hydraulic press. Also the liquid is produced by pressing the mats and its is collected for separation . Finally , the liquid is separated by putting it through a centrifugal separator.
As you can see it is a hard and very long process, but if you follow these steps perfectly you will have a good quality oil.
