The plane and the car

Yesterday I was returning home after a trip to Bangkok. After a delicious meal at the airport, I set off for my home since I saw keen to see my family again. As I was driving along a highway , I saw a plane getting closer to the road.

I started to drive faster, but the plane kept on getting nearer and nearer. After a second or two, I realized I was driving along an empty highway with the lanes on the other side completely full and stationary. Was I in a dream or what? Suddenly the plane’s front crashed on my car and made me go even faster. Finally I came to a stop and felt so relieved.

As I sat in my car in a state of complete shock, I began to wonder what may have caused the pilot to land the plane on the highway. A friend of mine who borrowed the car the day before may have put a sticker on the roof which said ‘’follow me’’. Or, more likely, a passenger may have had a heart attack and the pilot needed to land the plane quickly. I really had no idea how I got myself in to this situation.

Still not believing my eyes, I got out of the car and was pleased to know nobody was injured. The pilot gave me a cheeky smile. I was not a happy man.
