The compare and contrast essays have to be in constant method. At the beginning the introduction must define two subjects by comparing the similarity and contrasting the difference. Then you must write the similarities between the two subjects by supporting sentences. Next paragraph you must write the differences in the same way of similarities. In conclusion you must write your opinion and reason for your opinion.

Reflection 4
Reflection 3
In process essays we used present passive which means is and are with past participle, e.g . oranges are graded. And the essay structure is the same to procedure. It has introduction, main paragraph, conclusion: 25+100+25=150 words. And we used the linking words, the same as procedure: first, secondly, next, after that, finally.

Olives
Most people in the world are interested in eating olives and making their food with olive oil so manufacturing olive oil is a long and difficult process but if you follow these steps carefully you’ll produce good quality oil.
Ther first step is the olives are harvested and picked by hand or if it’s too far with sticks. Then the olives are collected in nets beneath the trees. Secondly leaves and small stones are removed but before crushing the olives are washed to remove impurities. After this the olives are crushed by using granite stones and this is done within 24-36 hours of picking. Next, the paste obtained is layered on mats and it is put under pressure from a screw or hydraulic press. Also the liquid is produced by pressing the mats and its is collected for separation . Finally , the liquid is separated by putting it through a centrifugal separator.
As you can see it is a hard and very long process, but if you follow these steps perfectly you will have a good quality oil.

Compare and contrast UAE high schools and UAE colleges
As we all know, education plays a huge part in our lives. Moreover, we must use it as a tool to improve ourselves and our country’s development. Nowadays, in the UAE there are many institutions where you can learn. In this essay, I am going to write about the similarities and differences between two of them, high schools and colleges.
There are three clear similarities between high school and college. The first similarity is that both institutions have exams. At the end of each semester, the teachers give you marks for the exams you have taken. The second similarity is that you can make friends in both places. Friends are important because they can help you with homework and all life’s problems. Yet another similarity is attendance. If students get more than 10%, the institution will kick him out.
Although there are some similarities between college and high school, there are also three major differences. The first difference is mobile phones. In high school you cannot your mobile whereas in college you can carry it everywhere with you. Another difference is students working with computers. In colleges all students must have their own laptops in contrast to schools where laptops are forbidden. Yet another difference is army training. In high school once a week, there is army training. However, in college there is no army training.
Studying at the college or high school is the same. Despite this, I would prefer studying in college. There are several reasons which make me choose the college, because in college we have more freedom and the communication with the teachers is better than in high school.

How to make orange juice
As we all know orange juice is the most familiar, juice which contains vitamin C. So I’m going to write a description of how to make orange juice in a safe way.
First, the fruit is unloaded from a truck. Then the fruit is graded and washed . After that it is put in a sizer machine. Next it is placed in an extractor machine which changes the fruit to juice. Then the wasted materal is given to feed animals. After that the juice is evaporated and concentrated. Then it is refrigerated. After that it is canned it and transported to other countries here we it is sold. Next is added water to the concentrate to gave it a nice flavor. Then it is bottled and sold.
In conclusion orange juice is all the same but some companies add their own flavor to give it a different taste from others.
Reflection 2
I found writing a narrative story is more difficult than the procedure essays because in narrative stories we imagine things and write about something that happened to us. We must use our imagination in all stories. There are some basic tenses we must use in all stories like past continuous, simple past and past perfect
